All Money Orders must be in U.S. funds. Please make sure your name and order invoice number is printed on the money order. We will ship your order as soon as we receive the money order. We will gladly accept your personal check, but please understand it may delay processing for up to 14 days. We do not ship orders until we receive payment and your check has cleared. Please make sure your name and order invoice number is printed on the check. The check must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. A $25 fee will be charged for ALL returned checks. Military Orders, APO, FPO addressed orders MUST be taken and completed via email. The reason for this is we must determine a shipping cost depending on the weight, size and location of your order. After this cost is determined we will then contact you and confirm that we can process your credit card for this additional amount.
We do NOT ship international orders. No Exceptions.
Shipping costs $5.99 for orders weighing 10lbs or less. For orders over 10lbs. it costs an additional $0.50 per lb. The shopping cart displays all shipping costs along with product costs in an easy to read format.

We ship all products within 24 hours of receiving your order. After the order leaves our warehouse most orders take 1-5 business days to arrive on your doorstep, with 5 business days usually being the maximum delivery time. We do not ship on weekends and most orders placed on a Friday will leave the warehouse early Monday morning.
Here are a couple of delivery time examples:
UPS business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
• 1 day package shipped on Monday should be delivered on Tuesday.
• 2 day package shipped on Monday should be delivered on Wednesday.
• 2 day package shipped on Tuesday should be delivered on Thursday.
• 3 day package shipped on Monday should be delivered on Thursday.
• 5 day package shipped on Wednesday should be delivered on Wednesday.
If your delivery day falls on a holiday your package should be delivered on the next UPS working day.

Below Cost Supplements is only responsible for damages caused by our packaging defects, NOT for UPS mishandling. We will NOT be responsible for damages due to elements out of our control, i.e. weather (melting bars, freezing drinks) etc. We will not be responsible for breakage of drinks in glass containers that are shipped via UPS.
To ship to various military addresses it takes anywhere from one to eight weeks for delivery. The USPS has no tracking services on military orders. Any damages or claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. If the package is damaged, take the damaged package to the military postal unit and file a report.
We take great pride in how well we package parcels but due to the length of travel and the number of people who handle a parcel for a Military order we cannot and will not be held responsible for any damages. No Exceptions.
