CLA

CLA, also known as conjugated linoleic acid, promotes fat loss, enhances the construction of muscle tissue, increases immunity to illness and regenerates cells by providing the body with antioxidants.  Obtained through natural dietary sources such as beef, cheese, lamb and milk, CLA is also found in processed food such as Cheez Whiz.  Unfortunately, CLA sources obtained through the diet do not have high enough levels of CLA to positively impact your body.  In fact, obtaining CLA through food alone may have detrimental effects on the body's ability to perform metabolic processes.  Fortunately, CLA supplementation is available!  If you want to see greater muscle growth, decreased amounts of body fat and overall cellular health, try adding CLA to your routine!

CLA increases the body's production of growth hormone (HGH).  Since growth hormone naturally decreases with age, supplementation is critical to maintaining healthy skeletal and muscle development.  By creating an anti-catabolic environment, CLA prevents the breakdown of muscle cells you have worked hard to develop.  As an antioxidant, CLA prevents the attack of free radicals on cells and regenerates damaged cells to help the body in rebuilding healthy tissue and lean muscle.

Studies indicate CLA aids in metabolizing both protein and fat, providing the body with energy by burning fat and constructing muscle.  CLA also regulates the effects of LA (linoleic acid) that is found so readily in our diets.

For best results, follow the directions printed on the label.  The recommended dosage of conjugated linoleic acid is 600—1000 mg.
